Committees and Working Groups

Committees and working groups support and advise our officers. Article of Association 10.1 enables the Board 'to establish such Committees and Working Groups as it deems necessary to advise on and oversee the implementation and operation of policy and to deliver the Company’s annual operational plan in line with the current strategic plan in conjunction with the Staff of the Company'.

Each committee is required to have a remit which is approved by the Executive, and to operate to the 'Principles for the Good Governance of Committees' which was approved by the Board in October 2008.
