MCofS Mountaineering Bursary Awards
2009

The screening panel recently met at Ratho to assess this year’s Bursary. There was a wide range of disciplines in the applications received, from two-man Alpine style big mountain, seven-man adventure, a School group trip and several young international competition climbers. This diversity epitomises the goal of the new Bursary to support all disciplines of mountaineering and we would encourage anyone planning any style of climbing trip in the future to look at the bursary criteria on the website and consider applying.
