Situation Above the small hamlet of Balgowan seven miles SW of Newtonmore.
Accommodation Ten people: eight on two alpine-style sleeping platforms, and two on bunk beds in an adjoining small room, all with mattresses
Facilities Electric lighting/heating/cooking, wood burning stove (bring your own wood), H&C water, WC, shower, drying room, kettle, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, and crockery and kitchen utensils are supplied.

Accommodation  One room with 5 bunks and one room with alpine-style sleeping platform for 12 with mattresses. Pillows & blankets provided; please bring own sleeping bag. From end of April to end of November both rooms available; from December to April alpine-style room only available; camping space for 4.
Facilities Electric lighting and heating (£1 coin meter); solid fuel stove; gas cooking; microwave; fridge; h&c running water at sinks and whbs; showers; drying room; WCs; shed for skis or about 4 bikes.
