Online by Direct Debit

If you need a membership number for insurance purposes, you can complete the Direct Debit application online, then call the office to obtain your number.
The MCofS direct debit web interface requests your bank details and also your credit card information. We require credit card information to authenticate your identity. We can assure new members that the interface and supporting processes are secure. The transmission of card holder details and card number is done under a secure HTTPS protocol so that the data passed over the channel is encrypted. These details are not stored by our system but are securely passed to DD-iD®, the only instant online ID-checking and authorisation service for the payments industry. We have appointed Scarista Ltd, trading as Eagle Consulting, as our Direct Debit processing agency and you will receive a confirmation email from Eagle Consulting if your transaction is successful.
