Hill Tracks Issue Raised in the Scottish Parliament

After discussions with Hebe Carus, the MCofS Access & Conservatation Officer, about the damaging impacts of hill tracks, Peter Peacock MSP for Highlands & Islands has raised the issue of the ease with which they are constructed without need for planning permission. The written question is due for answer on 13th January.
