Youth Climbing Series (Competitions) Archive

BRYCS is the fun event for young climbers aged between 7 and 16. Three age groups ensure that everyone has the chance to climb with people of the same age and experience.

The first BRYCS event was held in 1998 and the MCofS coordinated the Scottish series in partnership with the BMC. A change to the arrangements in 2007 now means that the MCofS organises its own youth competition series in Scotland and the name has changed to the Youth Climbing Series.
